Today is Day -12. This week coming up will be busy. I have several doctor consultations Monday, ending the day with another bone marrow biopsy. On Wednesday I have a pre-admission visit. Then on Day -5, next Saturday Morning I go in for 7 hours of Chemo. Then again on Sunday the 30th another long treatment. Two more shorter treatments on Monday and Tuesday, Whole body low radiation on Wednesday. I check in the hospital on the 2nd and they do the transplant on Thursday - Day 0 - September 3 2026.
I am holding my breath hoping that nothing happens to mess up the schedule. It has been a long grind to get to this point, and I am looking forward to getting on the other side of the transplant and into recovery mode.
